Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This website, neurasoft.ltd, is operated by Neurasoft Limited, a company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 16575467), with its registered office at Northgate House, North Gate, New Basford, Nottingham, United Kingdom, NG7 7BQ.

For any questions about this policy or your personal data, contact us at info@neurasoft.ltd.

2. What data we collect

Contact form. When you submit the "Get in Touch" form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, company name, the service you are interested in, an indicative budget range, and your message. This information is delivered to us by email and is not stored in a database on this website.

Technical data. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and operational purposes.

Preferences. Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device and does not identify you.

3. How we use your data

We use the information you send through the contact form solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project. The lawful basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries you initiate. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

4. Embedded content

Pages on this site embed content from third parties: LinkedIn posts (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) and YouTube videos (Google Ireland Limited, loaded in privacy-enhanced "no-cookie" mode). When your browser loads these embeds, those providers may receive your IP address and may set cookies subject to their own privacy policies. If your browser blocks third-party cookies, some embeds may not display — the rest of the site is unaffected.

5. Analytics and cookies

This website does not set its own tracking cookies and does not currently use analytics services. Should this change, this policy will be updated first.

6. Data retention

Enquiry emails are retained for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted in the normal course of mailbox management.

7. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase the personal data we hold about you, to object to or restrict its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email info@neurasoft.ltd. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below reflects the latest revision.
